Our Fabrication capabilities take your design from concept to reality. From simple details to complex projects, 3form’s Fabrication capabilities include everything you need to create a durable, one-of-a-kind installation. Our experienced, in-house fabrication team can aid in those technical details while you can focus on design.

Cutting

Our cutting technology includes CNC, saw, water jet, etching, laser, and routing. The technique will be determined by your project, the material used and the desired end application. Our internal team will manage this for you, keeping you informed on which approach is best for your project.

Etching

Etching can be used for logos, graphics or text to create detailed features for projects like donor walls and signage. Laser Etch engraves smooth graphics at ten thousandths of an inch depth. Choose your material, application, and design, and leave the rest to us or contact us early on to guide you through the decision making process.

Heat Forming

We offer in-house heat-forming, resulting in a more complex dimension and visual interest to your project.

Heat-formed Varia is perfect as decorative wall or ceiling cladding, partitions, or sculptural elements within a space. We offer intriguing standard curves as well as custom variations to meet your design needs. In some cases, we offer cold-bending on site for Varia based on application.

Heat-forming Chroma results in smooth, simple linear curves perfect for reception desks, and other welcoming areas.

Push Through Lettering

Push through lettering is great for any type of interior or exterior signage and can be back lit for a dimensional glow.

Choose your type of edge shape and edge finish based on application and solution. Knife edge, radius, mitered, and Chamfered are great upscale looking options for surfaces.
